How to store fudge
Fudge is made with all fresh ingredients. Clotted cream fudge should always be kept in the fridge and is best eaten within 4 weeks of purchase. Belgian chocoalte fudge should be kept in a cool place and eaten within 8 weeks of purchase. Both are suitable for home freezing. Makes a delicious treat eaten straight from the freezer. Allow to reach room temperature for a softer, smoother taste
